Like everyone else, we are closely watching what is going on with the rapid spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We have been in touch with medical personnel and state, local, and national officials regarding current best practices and recommendations.  Since we service a large and diverse group of people, we wanted to ensure everyone that we are taking all of the necessary steps to reduce the spread of the Corona Virus.  In keeping with the recommendations of many, we would like to encourage everyone to stay home and practice "social isolation".  

 

To help enable this, we are offering our clients the ability to securely upload their tax papers to our systems so that we can prepare the returns and file them.  To upload your files securely to us, please visit https://ptthomasinc.securefilepro.com.

 

We can also begin filing extensions for clients who wish to see us in person but would prefer to wait until the national emergency is over.

Finally, if you feel the need to come and visit us in person, we are still open 7 days a week.  Please note, if you do decide to come visit us but show any symptoms of being ill with the cold or flu, you will be asked to go home and we will reschedule your appointment to a later time. The safety and well being of our clients and staff is our top priority and we ask for your cooperation in helping to ensure that no one gets sick while coming to have their taxes prepared.
